With over 21 years of experience, I provide holistic health and wellbeing services that support balance, healing, and vitality on every level — mind, body, and heart.

My practice offers a wide range of natural therapies. Each treatment is tailored to the individual, working with the body’s natural intelligence to encourage deep and lasting wellbeing.

I operate from two clinics in Dunedin and Winton, welcoming clients of all ages seeking both physical relief and energetic alignment.

Alongside hands-on therapies, I also provide some of the world’s leading detox treatments. I am a distributor for Bio Cleanse Foot Baths with Rife & Schumann Frequencies, as well as I-Herqles Blood Cleanse, supporting deep detoxification, cellular health, and overall vitality.

In addition, I hold a weekly spiritual group, incorporating breathwork and meditation, offering a supportive space for connection, grounding, and inner growth.

More info The Ultimate Detox with the BIO CLEANSE Detox foot bath.
Sit with your feet in a bowl of comforting warm water, with a herbal tea and relax whilst the Ionisation process works to remove a multitude of toxins through your feet but also from the cells in your body for the next couple of days.
As well, each foot bath introduces your body to 250 healing frequencies that can target different ailments with the different RIFE and SCHUMANN settings.

A foot bath takes 35 minutes, but allow 45 mins for comfort.

It is recommended to do regular treatments either once or twice a week for at least 10 foot baths to notice significant results.

Bowen Therapy

More info Bowen Therapy is a very gentle movements made on the body which release the fascia (connective tissue) in very specific places. There is a 2-3 minute wait after a set of these gentle movements which give the body time to get the information to the brain, and also gives the body time to respond to the information.
Each move is working in the body for six days after the treatment. Which activates a self healing and detoxing on the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
A lot of change can be experienced over these six days.
The Bowen Therapy is in effect activating your own body intelligence to go into ‘fix it mode’.
It is fantastic for taking away shock from the body - which can be stored for many years, and is especially advantageous after an accident, injury or surgery to aid and speed up recovery time.
Safe for Babies, children, adults and elderly and pregnancy.
